Magnetika, Inc is staffed with a total of eight engineers with a total of over 200 years of cumulative design and manufacturing experience.  Throughout our history we have designed and manufactured thousands of magnetic components to MIL-PRF-27, MIL-PRF-21038, MIL-STD-981 and MIL-T-16315.  We strongly believe that in order to design the products that our customers need, we must take into account the mission application, design parameters, environmental conditions, and the electrical and mechanical design constraints.   Therefore, our engineers work closely with our customer's engineers and program managers to produce a design that yields parts with the highest reliability and efficiency. 

 

Our engineering team strives to design the best parts to meet the most demanding specifications and will offer guidance and expertise in construction and materials throughout the process.  We stock various  standard and custom cores and bobbins as well as magnet and lead wire to ensure lightning-quick turnaround on core/coil and engineering samples.

Finally, our engineers are available to offer many other services to assist our customers including Source Control Drawing and Specification Preparation, Failure Analysis and Investigation and Supplier Data Review.
